Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a week. Had a 40-minute call with her, mostly behavioral for 30 minutes, then she spent 10 minutes discussing the company. After that, I had to complete a questionnaire asking for details about my previous work and skills. Once submitted, I interviewed with the general manager. This interview was more technical and delved into my past internships and experiences. It wasn't overly difficult; just make sure you're well-prepared.

So first I had this phone interview with the General Manager, it was like 40 mins. He just gave me a quick rundown of the job and company. Then we got into the questions, mostly about my past experiences and skills, like how much CAD experience I had and some behavioral stuff. I also had to fill out this questionnaire and send it back, which basically asked me to detail my skills and experience in relation to the job. The next interview was a week later with a senior engineer from the client side, also on the phone, about 50 mins. This one was more technical, digging deeper into my skills and how I'd fit. After that, they had me do a test to prove my skillset. The last one was a panel interview over video, with the GM, Design Manager, and a Senior Engineer. It was pretty basic, not many technical questions.

Got contacted by a recruiter via a job portal. First, had a call with HR. Then, the hiring manager spoke with me for about 15-20 minutes for a general chat. After that, the Technical Manager conducted a 30-minute technical interview, focusing on my past projects. Since I had over 11 years of experience, no tool test was given.
