The interview process had 3 interviews. The first two were remote, one by phone and one by Skype with HR from Goken's client. They were kind of short and not very clear. The third interview was on-site at the client's place where I'd be working. That's where I got most of the details, but some info was still off or not specific enough. The test itself was pretty easy and showed what I could do. The recruiter was nice, but she didn't seem to know much about translation/interpretation. Overall, the process was fine and I have no issues with it.

Got contacted by a recruiter via a job portal. First, had a call with HR. Then, the hiring manager spoke with me for about 15-20 minutes for a general chat. After that, the Technical Manager conducted a 30-minute technical interview, focusing on my past projects. Since I had over 11 years of experience, no tool test was given.
