It was a fast and efficient interview process, consisting of two main rounds. The first round was with HR, followed by a meeting with the sales leader. After that, I had a half-day shadowing session. During the visit, they gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to some of the other sales representatives.

I went to a job fair and met a recruiter. The next day, I got a call for a phone interview. After passing that, they sent me an email for an online skills test. I passed that easily, so a few days later I had an in-person interview. It was a pretty basic interview with no surprises and nice people. The whole thing took about a week.

I applied online through Indeed and got a response from a recruiter in about 4 days. The first step was an online assessment. This simulated a bunch of calls from clients of a travel-insurance agency, where I had to respond to their questions about plans and rates. I had to pick from written responses, depending on whether the customer was upset or just wanted a travel plan. If I passed that, the recruiter contacted me again to set up interviews with the sales managers. On my interview day, I talked to 2-3 sales managers one-on-one.
