I applied online and the manager reached out. The first round involved a question where I had to explain the solution and then code it. After that, the next round had technical questions and a coding question. Then, two team members asked another coding question and some conceptual questions. A senior manager then discussed the role and asked if I had any questions. The hiring manager I spoke to initially also talked to me again. He said he'd let me know in 3 days, but it's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I appreciated their patience when I had Skype connection issues.

I applied online through Indeed and got a response from a recruiter in about 4 days. The first step was an online assessment. This simulated a bunch of calls from clients of a travel-insurance agency, where I had to respond to their questions about plans and rates. I had to pick from written responses, depending on whether the customer was upset or just wanted a travel plan. If I passed that, the recruiter contacted me again to set up interviews with the sales managers. On my interview day, I talked to 2-3 sales managers one-on-one.

First I had an online assessment test which was pretty easy. Then a phone interview, mine lasted about 45 minutes so be prepared. After that, I had an interview in person, no crazy questions, pretty standard. For the in person interview, business professional dress is required. Laid back atmosphere when I entered the office. They called me 1 business day after the in person interview and told me their decision.

I went through the agency 'Professional Staffing Group' (which I highly recommend). The job process went fairly quickly. I met with an agent from PSG, took a computer literacy test and then spoke with a hiring manager who told me about Consumer United. I had one interview with Consumer United where I toured the office, watched a sales agent at work, sat down with the interviewer, and basically accepted a job offer a few hours later.
