I got a message on Linkedin from a recruiter. We had a 30 min call where they told me more about myself, my salary expectations, the job, and the company. Then I talked to the hiring manager for 30 minutes. After that, I was asked to do an Excel test that took about 30 minutes. The final part was three 30-minute interviews with an analyst, a senior manager, and the VP. The recruiter kept me updated the whole time, which was nice. I got the offer a week after the final interviews.

Behavioral

The recruiter missed our scheduled calls twice, even after sending a Calendly invite. It's strange that this happens and feels unprofessional. I'm surprised a company with so many positive reviews has such a messy hiring process.

It was about three weeks long with three interviews total. First was a preliminary phone call, then a behavioral/interest interview, and the last one was also a behavior/fit interview. It was supposed to be in person but due to Covid-19, it ended up being over Zoom. Everyone was really nice and the process was smooth.
