This was the first step in the interview process, and so far it's been pretty straightforward. The interview itself went well, and I'm eager to find out more about the company. I got an email with a link to schedule the meeting, which used Calendly. I actually liked that because I've managed three Calendly accounts before and even helped others set them up, so I know it's a really efficient tool.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process moves fast. You'll get mostly general interview questions with a bit of situational stuff. Make sure to be ready to discuss how you interact with different kinds of people. Also, how you deal with an angry customer. And hey, it's a sales job, so brush up on explaining your sales methods. Also, talk about how you give great customer service and keep customers around.

It was a very basic phone screening, but they did a great job setting expectations for the role. Apparently, the company has a busy period during healthcare open enrollment, so inside sales reps are expected to work six to seven days a week and don't typically get to pick their shifts. Sounds like a decent company, but I'd expect very little work:life balance.
