Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GOC.
Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward process where they mostly asked a few basic behavioral questions and that was it. They just reviewed my resume and we had a casual chat. Honestly, it's an easy process, especially if you communicate well and can present yourself confidently.
- Were you asked basic behavioral questions?
Analyst
there were 2 assessments for reasoning, proficiency, and logical skills. the interview was about half an hour. since it is a non-tech job, there were no technical questions. instead, i was asked to pitch new business ideas for a scenario the interviewer gave me. it really depends on your innovativeness; try to be unique and smart.
- How would you go about marketing business class air tickets?
- Can you pitch some new business ideas for the scenario I've provided?
Analyst
It was pretty easy, they mainly checked my communication skills. If you're good at it, the job is yours. It felt more like talking with a friend than an interview, and they asked about my routine life.
- Can you tell me about how you spent your college life?
