Developer Specialist
The interview had 2 rounds. The first was a phone call where we discussed JS, React, CSS, and Micro-frontend concepts. The second round was virtual and covered basic JS, React, CSS, and optimization. They focused on Pseudo CSS and gave one coding question: there was a list, and when someone clicked on it once, it should show that the line had been clicked. I used a React approach, but the interviewer might have preferred a CSS solution. The coding was done on notepad. My suggestion is to read up on Pseudo classes, elements, and more CSS, as well as basic coding in pure JS.

Process Operator
The interview process began with a call with HR to check my experience and motivation. Then, I had a technical interview with a supervisor, covering safety, production procedures, and teamwork. Finally, there was a final interview to discuss schedules, training, and overall job expectations.
- Could you tell me where you grew up?
Team Lead Email Deliverability
The interview process had two parts – a Technical Round (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON) and a Team Management Round. It was a smooth and well-structured interview, with a mix of technical and management questions. The interviewer was interested in real-life scenarios, problem-solving, and leadership. ✅ Prep Tips: • Review HTML email templates, tables, and media queries. • Refresh JavaScript basics, especially DOM manipulation and JSON. • Prep real-world examples for team management. • Speak clearly and confidently.
- Regarding HTML tables, how can you merge two rows and columns?
- Using CSS, write your full name within a table cell, but only apply this styling for screens wider than 600px.
- Construct a JSON object that represents a list of employees, including their first and last names.
Contract Manager
I applied on Oct 20 and HR reached out on Oct 26 to set up an interview. The first interview was with HR on Nov 3, where they asked basic and role-related questions to gauge my fit. After that, I was sent an assessment link which included logical analysis, verbal/listening tests, and an oral essay. On Nov 7, HR confirmed I passed the assessment and asked about my availability for the next round. The operations interview with the hiring manager(s) was on Nov 14; it was a technical/skill-based F2F interview at their BGC office. I passed this and HR called on Nov 15 to let me know. The final interview, a culture fit one, was on Nov 16. I received a job offer on Dec 1, with a call to discuss terms and an offer sheet sent the same day.
