Management Trainee
The interview process was part of a campus drive from my university and had two stages: a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). During the PI, they asked about the company, the role, and my future goals. The questions were of moderate difficulty. They also asked some personal questions about my academic background and some tactical questions related to my specialization papers to check how much I knew.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
- What do you expect from this role/yourself?
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
Assistant Manager
It was a really intense but eye-opening interview. When I got in, a group of people were there to greet me, which felt pretty formal at first. They asked me a bunch of questions, some about my technical skills and others about how I solve problems. Every question felt like a puzzle that needed a careful mix of confidence and not being too arrogant. The interviewers were nice but also really sharp, looking past my resume to see who I am. They asked about my past experiences, wanting to hear about times I was flexible and worked well with others. As we talked more, I felt like we were connecting, and it became less of an evaluation and more of a real conversation. Near the end, they gave me a tough problem to see how I'd think on my feet. Even with the pressure, I took it as a chance to show off my analytical thinking and creativity. When I left, I felt both relieved and curious about whether this interview would lead to a new phase in my career.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe a situation where you used your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Service Manager
The interview was a 3 round process including a written, an interview, and an HR round. This process took about 4-5 days, and I got feedback after each stage.
- Questions about ABS and automotive knowledge
- Questions regarding subject matter expertise and team management abilities
