So, the interview process started with a pre-placement presentation, then a group discussion, followed by a technical and HR round. I interviewed in Bangalore. Cracking the GD is pretty easy here; they give a topic like 'smart city' or 'impact of western culture in India'. They're looking for your participation, checking your body language, communication skills, and if you know about the topic. Just speak up loudly, and you'll likely get selected. The technical round is also easy if you study a bit about engines and cars. If you're from a mechanical background, study compression ratios of petrol and diesel engines, their differences, freezing point, radius of curvature, and so on. In the HR round, they'll go through your resume and ask basic questions related to it. Be honest with the HR, and you'll get hired. There are two selection modes: direct and training. If direct, you get trained by the company for free. If training mode, you have to pay 25000 for the training.

It started with a group discussion, which was done really differently. There were 15 of us, and everyone got 2 minutes to talk about the topic. After that, we had to wait for like 10 hours for our technical and personal interviews, which were combined. The interview happened in the same GD room with 20 other applicants. We sat around a table, and each of us was asked 2 or 3 questions, and that was it. The whole thing was super unprofessional.

It was a good experience. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The questions were challenging, but I managed to answer them confidently. I was happy to get the job offer with a good compensation package. This was my fifth interview, and it was successful.
