A general chat with the boss where they asked various questions about why I wanted to work there, if I had done the course before, fear of heights, being good with people and big groups.

I got a phone call interview that was really easy, like 5 minutes. The manager said he'd reach out in under a week. He emailed me 3 days later to schedule an in-person interview, which was 2 days after that. In the interview, the manager asked easy questions, talked about the company's mission and what he expects from people, and showed me around the course. He said he'd call me that night, but I got an offer letter via email an hour later.
