We started with a group interview. First, the interviewers talked about the company and asked what we knew about it. Then, we did one of their treetop courses. After that, we played some ice breaker games. Finally, they asked us interview questions.

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked some typical questions and then asked me to prepare a 10-minute presentation. They didn't follow up to let me know the outcome, and when I reached out, they sent a generic email that wasn't even personalized. Pretty unprofessional ending.

I got a phone call interview that was really easy, like 5 minutes. The manager said he'd reach out in under a week. He emailed me 3 days later to schedule an in-person interview, which was 2 days after that. In the interview, the manager asked easy questions, talked about the company's mission and what he expects from people, and showed me around the course. He said he'd call me that night, but I got an offer letter via email an hour later.

I applied online for a new course opening and got an email a few days later inviting me to a recruitment day and interview. I couldn't make the original time due to other commitments, but I called and they were happy to schedule me for a later time. The manager was very friendly. Since I was arriving a few hours later than others for the recruitment day, most people had already toured the course. Unfortunately, by the time I got there, there wasn't enough time for me to have a tour. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They reviewed my CV with me and asked me some questions. I also asked a few questions when I had the chance. They offered me the job on the spot. I'm not sure if this is the usual process, as they were starting staff training the next day and seemed in a rush to get everything ready before the grand opening.
