Behavioral Presentation

The GNC interview process is pretty simple and looks for customer service, sales skills, and product know-how. You apply online or in person, and then usually the store manager calls you in for an interview that's like 15-30 mins. They'll probably ask about your sales background, if you're into health and fitness, and how you'd talk to customers. Sometimes, especially for bigger jobs, you might have another interview with a district manager. They really care about enthusiasm, talking well, and wanting to learn about their products. If you do well, you'll get an offer in a few days and then they'll train you on products, helping customers, and how the store works.

Behavioral

The interview process was misleading regarding the bonus structure, and I never received any compensation beyond a very low hourly wage. The role involved significant manager responsibilities, making the overall compensation not worthwhile.
