Scheduling was a bit messy, but the interviews themselves were quite engaging. I had the chance to meet various team members across different levels. The process involved several small group sessions and a couple of one-on-one meetings, totaling four rounds. There was also a writing assignment, which I found to be a good challenge.

The process was really well organized and they kept me updated the whole time, which was great. The recruiter explained everything as we went along. It started with a check-in with HR, and then I had an interview with two senior people from the team I might be joining. Everyone was super nice!

I applied online and a friend there flagged my application. The recruiter reached out shortly after. We had a short phone conversation. Then, I had several rounds of virtual interviews with different hiring managers. There was also a 3-hour writing and skills test. The hiring managers were really nice and understanding, even when I had technical difficulties. It was mostly standard behavioral questions. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks, so I reached out. They responded kindly saying they went with someone else. I didn't get the offer, but I appreciated their professionalism.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with a current employee who was a referral, then I spoke with HR. They then moved me to a third panel interview, which was the final one, and they seemed to have a positive impression. After that, I was told they didn't want to hire me, with no explanation. Two months later, I got an email asking to meet about the same position. When I inquired, they said it was a clerical error. I then noticed a more junior role (Digital Strategist) which I applied for, but wasn't even considered for the initial interview. I'm so confused and disappointed because I was seriously considered for the senior role earlier. It was so unprofessional of HR to reach out after all this time, only to not even consider me for the junior version of the position I was a strong candidate for months before.
