The initial phone interview was quite short, about 15-20 minutes. Following that, they arranged an in-person meeting. Two friendly people interviewed me, asking questions that could be related to my current or past job experiences. All in all, the process felt easy and stress-free. The interview process was ok. Not too difficult but enough to where the managers could get to know more about to prospective employee. I went through a staffing company to get the job. So I interviewed with a recruiter from the staffing company as well as a hiring manager within the department I was applying to.

Applied through a referral and heard back from HR within a week. Had a 30-minute call discussing my resume and motivations for joining the company, along with 3-4 behavioral questions. This led to an in-person interview a week later with two supervisors who reviewed my resume and asked more behavioral questions. Immediately after, I met with an AVP to assess cultural and team fit. Received an offer about a week later. The whole process was very positive.
