I applied online after giving my resume to a friend who works there. After waiting months for a recruiter to call, we finally scheduled one. The recruiter was super late and kept dodging me for days before finally rescheduling. Then I had a technical phone interview with 3 executives over their personal phones, which was rough with bad connection and they kept cutting me off and telling me to research basic stuff. Somehow I still got an in-person technical interview. Scheduling was hard because they were inflexible with my school and work schedule, especially with graduation and holidays coming up. After rejecting the interview due to inflexibility, I got contacted by many people on social media apologizing and asking me to reschedule. I finally agreed to an interview on a holiday eve. The in-person interview started okay, but then they got very technical and asked me to write code on a whiteboard. They were super unprofessional, berating my abilities, cutting me off, questioning my basic knowledge, criticizing my education, and comparing me unfavorably to other students. It was a really embarrassing and uninviting experience.

I had an interview for a Technical Lead position. It wasn't a great experience, honestly. The interviewer was 17 minutes late and didn't apologize or say anything about it. I had to do a coding challenge where I wrote C# code to find the largest palindrome number from a string, which I managed to do and then explained. They only asked a couple more questions, and the whole thing felt really rushed. I didn't get the impression the interviewer was really paying attention while I was coding and explaining. The rejection email was super generic, no feedback at all.

I applied online and the whole thing took about a week. First, there was a phone screen, and then I got set up for an onsite interview. I met with a group from the application development team. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my education and work history, and then threw in some behavioral questions. They also told me about the job and the projects. The next day, I had to do some technical tests covering SQL and object-oriented programming concepts, which were pretty basic. The people were really nice, and it was a good experience overall.
