First I had a phone call with HR, then there was a panel interview with the AVP's. After that, I interviewed with the VP and SVP. The HR questions were pretty basic, and the AVP's got those notes for their face to face panel interview. They then sent their notes to the VP and SVP, who wanted a final interview, and after that I took a skills test in excel and SQL. HR called the day after the final interview to offer me the job.

It was just a phone screening where they asked about my background and how I found out about the company. It was a pretty standard phone screen, like most others. Overall, I'd say it was a pretty average interview experience. My background didn't quite align with what they were looking for. The HR person suggested another role that might be a better fit and advised me to apply for that one.
