The interview process was quite long and can be challenging if you don't prep beforehand. Be ready for some tough questions, so make sure you know the material and job description well. It really makes you think deeply about things.

So I applied and then got an email for an interview. The first interview was with Rod, and then about a week later I had the second one with Shunda. Both interviews were pretty standard; the first one was about my schoolwork and the second was more personal.
- Can you share an instance where you had to adjust your approach to collaborate with someone whose working style differed from yours?

The interview was a video call where I had to answer a pre-recorded question. There was a time limit for my response, and I could practice beforehand. What I didn't like was that I didn't get any feedback on why I wasn't selected (I still don't know if I was or not). I prepared a lot for the interview.
