I had an HR screen followed by three rounds of panel interviews. The hiring manager didn't even show up for one, and another panel member was 20 minutes late. The whole thing felt disorganized and scattered. Even though I have relevant telematics experience, they weren't clear about future directions and kept asking vague questions. I followed up with HR for weeks but never got a decision or even a proper closure. They really wasted my time.
