So, I interviewed for a summer internship about 3 years back. The process might be different now since the company has grown a lot. During my interview, they hit me with the typical questions like future career goals. The interviewer was pretty laid-back and mentioned that because it was a small team back then, the intern would be deeply involved in the company's day-to-day. She brushed off my questions about pay, but I eventually asked. She said it was a full-time, unpaid internship. When I showed concern, she kinda implied I should be grateful for the chance, saying she used to work tons of unpaid hours herself.

I sent in my application online and a few days later I got an interview request. We did the interview over Zoom. I spoke with the Marketing manager and one other person. They were super nice and asked me about my past work and why I wanted to work at Glow Recipe. It seemed like they just wanted to get to know me.
