I went in for an in-person interview and they asked me some scenario and skills-based questions. Three days later, I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with my application and to contact them for more details, but then they told me they sent me the email by mistake.

You sit down in an office and have a short interview, very kind interviewer. Only one round. Good experience. Advice, get there a little early and wait outside, they interview in the order you arrived so if you arrive on time you will be one of the last to get interviewed and will be sitting in the waiting area for a while so getting there early!

So, first you had to do this virtual interview thing with questions that were auto-generated. If they liked that, you got called in for an actual interview at their office. That in-person interview was pretty much straightforward, except for this one question about how I'd deal with different types of customers based on what they were looking for beauty-wise, which I wasn't expecting.
