Customer Success Manager
The interview was 4 rounds, with great questions and it seems like a great culture! It seems like the people there are friendly, and everyone seems happy. Overall, a fair and easy interview process.
- Can you share your experience?
Customer Success Manager
I went through a few interviews with different people from the company, all of them over the phone or Zoom. They were pretty flexible with scheduling, and even though I didn't get the job, it was a good experience.
- Do you have prior experience working remotely or in a Customer Success Manager role?
Customer Success Manager
I was interviewed by a recruiter after finding the job on a job board. The initial screening questions were okay, mostly about how I'd handle conflicts with teammates. Some were pretty unclear though. Dealing with the recruiter was a hassle. They gave me a timeline for updates but never responded unless I chased them. After waiting over two months, I contacted Gloo directly to check on my application status. It turns out they'd hired someone for that role within a week of my interview, and I wasn't informed. Then, it seems my application was moved to another CSM position without my knowledge. I definitely won't use a recruiter again; next time, I'll apply directly through the company website instead of going through their process.
- What's your approach when you disagree with a supervisor's decision?
