Had a super friendly screening call with HR. Then a second round with the technical team that was a bit more objective. During the second stage, I felt a lack of motivation in guiding the interviewee toward the desired response domain, but it's totally understandable.

The process was smooth with three phases. First, a resume evaluation, then a technical interview and a small take-home exercise. Everything was very simple and to the point. The meeting about the technical part was the most relaxed, Johnathan and Rachel have great interviewing skills and know how to conduct it well.
