First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Globe Telecom.
Product Manager
There isn't a set timeline for interviews. You might get ghosted after the interview, and they won't reply even if you follow up unless they're sure about you. Some interviewers don't try to sell the company and make it seem like you need to impress them to get the job, like you need the job more than they need you. Pay attention to how HR/recruiters/interviewers communicate (email/text tone, structure, timing) as it reflects the company's values and work ethics. Trust your gut.
- Can you share details about your past experience?
- How do you perceive this role?
- I'd like to ask about work-life balance.
Product Manager
The interview process was straightforward, I had to meet with the hiring managers immediately. There were 2 rounds of interviews: the Hiring Manager interview and the Final Interview. No tests were needed, and if you passed the Final Interview, you would get an offer.
- Can you tell me why you are looking to leave your current job?
- What skills do you currently have that you believe you could bring to our company?
Product Manager
I had a phone chat with the recruitment team first. Then, I went in person for an interview with my potential immediate manager and the team manager. They wanted to know about my current day-to-day responsibilities and explained the role's tasks and how the org is structured to see where I'd fit. I met with three different managers who were trying to figure out which product segment would be the best match for me.
- Can you describe your day-to-day tasks in your current role?
