Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Globe Telecom.
Network Engineer
It was good, mostly focused on the network products I've handled, different situation approaches, processes, my work ethic, and how I handle stress. The interviewer seemed uninterested after a few minutes.
- Can you discuss your projects?
- Tell me about the network products you've worked with.
- What is your experience with SDWAN?
Network Engineer
Overall it was okay, a pretty standard interview where they asked about my work experience and things on my resume. I just elaborated on everything to make the interview last longer, which is kind of funny because I don't see the point of this requirement to type so much.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Network Engineer
First there was a resume screening, then a personal interview, followed by an HR interview, and finally a formal entrance examination.
- HR interview included specific questions about vacuum tubes.
