& Process

Day 1 started with a quick 1-on-1 where they said I was a great fit and asked a couple easy questions. Then, within 15 minutes, I was invited to a second part of the interview. This turned into a presentation where about 7 people, who were also told they were a great fit, were shown a slideshow about the company and potential earnings. At the end, we filled out another questionnaire, and I was told I'd hear back later that day. I got a call to come back the next day. Day 2 involved another 1-on-1 with the main person in the office. I asked some questions, which she vaguely answered. Then she presented handouts about pay and timelines, and I kept asking clarifying questions. She eventually told me, "You ask too many questions and that is concerning for me." I noticed a $59 class fee listed for that day, and when I questioned it, she became defensive, saying she assumed I'd pay it if we moved forward. I explained I needed a few days to discuss with family and friends, which made her impatient. I stated I wasn't ready to accept on the spot and she could move to the next candidate if that was an issue. While the office might be the problem rather than the company, I'd advise others to be aware of this potential situation.

So, there were about 15 of us there for the interview. It was pretty quick. They had us talk about our resumes and why we'd be a good fit. If the hiring manager liked you, you got to stay for a presentation that lasted about 45 minutes. That's when I learned it was actually for a life insurance salesperson role, which I wasn't looking for. There was a short questionnaire after, and if they liked your answers, you'd get a call later that day to schedule a second interview. I initially agreed to the second interview, but then I found out I'd have to pay for a class and a test to get the job, so I called them back and said I wasn't interested anymore.

Overall the process is very smooth and professional. They are very organized and have the process down to the minute. Very nice people the office is very modern and comfortable. I get a great feeling regarding their purpose and passion in life. Very encouraging!
