This was a super smooth and easy process. They just wanted to check if you had what it takes to be a producer. It might seem like they're on the fence, but if you've got good character and morals, they'll hire you. They get paid for bringing in recruits, too.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a multi-step interview process that gave me the impression that it was an exclusive opportunity for a prestigious role with a well-regarded company. However, upon being hired, I discovered that the actual position was more like a 'cash cow' role with no empathy from the company.

Behavioral Other

The process was pretty straightforward, but the initial contact rushed me and said I needed to meet the agency director quickly. I gave her my availability, and then waited a few days without hearing back. I followed up, and she mentioned she'd talked to the director and I was supposed to get a call that day, but I never did. After the weekend, I reached out again, but still no response from either of them. It felt really disrespectful to get my hopes up and then just be ghosted after being told I was moving forward.

Other Technical

It's a tough training and interview process, really demanding. You get very little one-on-one help, so you're basically on your own. It's super hard and takes a lot of time. They don't give you leads, and it's door-to-door sales. It feels like a pyramid scheme, with more reading than understanding. Training is done over Zoom.
