UX Designer
I had two interviews, one with HR and another with the technical team, plus a quick third chat about feedback and the intention for a proposal. In both interviews, all the professionals were super friendly, and they conducted it in a light and relaxed way. In the last conversation, HR presented the proposed salary for the position, gave great feedback on the technical interview, and instructed me to await future contact when they found a potential client, but that this process could take a while. It's been over six months, and I haven't received any response, negative or positive, so unfortunately, it probably didn't move forward. Too bad because I was super excited about the opportunity and the company's commitment.
- Questions about work situations, telling a bit about my journey and professional experience.
- In the technical interview, 100% in English, they asked about technical day-to-day situations of the role, how you deal with unforeseen events, tight deadlines, etc.
UX/UI Designer
They said there were 3-4 stages on interviews. I had 2 interviews, a quick one with HR and a second more technical one with a hiring manager, after which I was told I would be "moving forward to the 3rd stage". Then I was ghosted, even after sending follow-up messages and emails.
- Can you tell me about your background in User Research and UX/UI Design?
- Please present and walk me through a project from your portfolio.
Senior UX Designer
The process was empathetic and funny, I even didn’t feel interviewed. Filling up some forms could be a bit exhausting but it is also interesting. Generally, a candidate must pass 4 interviews to get an offer and we are qualified based both on technical and English speaking skills.
- Can you tell me about your UX career path and the challenges you've overcome?
- Could you describe some of the UX problems you have successfully solved?
