There were two interviews that were basically the same, with two people from recruiting. It was a conversation in English, with questions about studies, knowledge, and work experience. In the end, neither of them responded about the status of the selection process.

Streamlined and very cool process. There were two interviews, the first was with a super nice and very professional HR person. The second interview was with a Colombian who speaks very good Portuguese, I was impressed, and it was quite technical, not one of those technical interviews where they ask you one or two questions and then beat around the bush.

Tivemos 3 etapas de entrevista, como é padrão em todo lugar. A primeira foi com o RH, bem tranquila, onde eu só falei sobre mim e minhas experiências. Achei um diferencial positivo o fato de não terem feito perguntas pessoais sobre filhos ou casamento. A segunda entrevista foi com uma avaliadora técnica que falava espanhol, mas foi tranquila. Ela perguntou detalhes dos projetos em que participei e o que eu fazia em cada um deles. A entrevista final foi com o líder do projeto na Globant, foi muito positiva. Ele me explicou sobre o projeto, tirou minhas dúvidas e fez várias perguntas técnicas sobre o que eu conhecia, mas nenhuma foi absurda. Gostei muito que ninguém me perguntou sobre minha vida pessoal, como filhos, estado civil, onde moro, idade ou formação. Só perguntaram meu salário atual para ter uma base para negociar minha pretensão. Gostei muito porque me avaliaram apenas profissionalmente, querendo saber das minhas experiências. Excelente!
