I had a video call interview, using a platform like Zoom to connect remotely with the interviewer. I used my camera and microphone for real-time communication, making sure my internet connection was good. I dressed professionally and found a quiet spot to avoid distractions. During the conversation, I answered questions about the role, emphasizing my virtual communication skills. I also prepped everything I needed beforehand and maintained eye contact via the camera to make a good impression.

So, after applying on the website, they called me for a group meeting to explain stuff about the company and the process. After that meeting, we had some time to answer a questionnaire to check soft skills and some English questions, all done by recording audio. Then, another questionnaire opened up, all in English, about agile methodologies and programming. It had 4 coding questions, 2 SQL, and 2 algorithm questions in different languages. If you pass that, there's one more round: a one-on-one interview with a project lead. This last part is split into three sections: first, behavior, team response, and leadership; second, theoretical questions about design patterns and data structures; and finally, a series of questions in English.

Group Technical Presentation Behavioral

The group interview to get into the technology internship consisted of the following steps: First, a short personal presentation. Then, a small group "technical" test where each member decides what role they prefer to have on the team. We are assigned a project to work on for about 20 minutes. Afterward, some members present the proposal to everyone, and both interviewers and other interviewees can ask questions. Next is an English level validation, where they ask about our likes and why we want to join the company (in English, obviously). Finally, a "creativity" test: the psychologists assign us a task where we need to be as creative as possible, competing with the other interviewees. I had to sell them a very uncommon object assigned by the psychologists.
