I got contacted by a recruiter and we had an initial screening call that lasted about 30 minutes. I could ask them questions and they were answered well. Then, I interviewed with a Tech Lead and a Business Analyst. We chatted for 30-40 minutes, and they asked me some questions. I also got to ask some questions. It was a straightforward discussion about the company, its culture, my background, skills, and who I am. Since it seemed like a good fit, they extended an offer, and I started a couple of weeks later.

After applying on Globant's website, I got an email to answer general questions about my experience and a couple of questions in English. I had to record the answers only once with no option to re-record. Then, the recruiter contacted me to start the selection process, which had 3 interviews: first, an interview with the recruiter who would tell me if I passed to the next interview and suggest some topics to review. Then, an interview with area specialists where they asked about experience, concepts, and some questions in English. Finally, a fit interview, I had 3 of them, and finally, I fit a project and got the offer.

Interview process is the same generic. 3 rounds of process, general, technical, manager round. But the main issue is with their HR/recruitment coordinator. They never respond to your email or call if you need any help or update. Only time they will respond if they need any inputs or information from candidate. Globant please look into this issue in your company. This issue is not faced by me, it's a generic opinion for your company in the market. Your HR/recruitment team members not responding to candidates, they must have courtesy/professionalism to respond if candidates are selected or not. In my case and my knowns Person is Akshatha R.
