Super informative interview. They told me everything upfront: salary, tech stack, how they work, growth opportunities, benefits, etc. Really positive. It stood out because usually, they don't share all that in the first stage.

I had a phone screening, then two interview rounds. The first was a technical interview and the second was with the manager. The second interview was a week after the first. The technical interview was about 45 minutes long and covered Java, Selenium, and API testing, and also asked about my project and the framework I used.

I had a face-to-face interview scheduled for 10:30 AM, but it didn't start until around 1 PM. They asked me about 9-10 questions, which I felt I answered correctly. The discussion lasted about 15-20 minutes. After that, I was asked to wait outside, and the HR person was supposed to inform me. I was pretty confident about my interview, and then after about 5 minutes, the HR called me and said the feedback wasn't positive. I was really surprised and went to HR to ask on what basis candidates are evaluated since I answered all the questions. The HR mentioned that the interviewer felt I wasn't good in agile, even though I wasn't asked any questions about agile. I asked the HR to check my answer sheet, but they didn't even have it. The HR then asked me to wait, saying they would give it a second thought. At that point, I decided not to waste any more time with this company.
