So there were 2 technical rounds. The first one was about basic Agile Product Management knowledge and my past work. The second technical round was more about real-time business process scenarios. Then there was a managerial round, which was a bit tricky and full of situation questions about product management, to gauge decision-making and stakeholder management skills, and to see if I'd actually worked on a product. Lastly, an HR discussion about salary negotiation and joining time.

It was a quick process having 4 interview rounds. 1 Telephonic ,2 skype and 1 HR round. first telephonic round was around technical skills plus personal details. 2nd round was more into technical skills and technologies used with more depth discussions. It was quite tough being completely technology oriented. 3rd round was managerial round where on job projects were discussed. Given some scenarios and manager tries to understand the approach how you will handle such situations.
