- How do you approach Microservices design?

So there were 2 technical rounds. The first one was about basic Agile Product Management knowledge and my past work. The second technical round was more about real-time business process scenarios. Then there was a managerial round, which was a bit tricky and full of situation questions about product management, to gauge decision-making and stakeholder management skills, and to see if I'd actually worked on a product. Lastly, an HR discussion about salary negotiation and joining time.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you explain the Scrum Process, including Velocity, Storypoints, and Burndown charts?
