First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GlobalLogic.
Consultant
First, a recruiter screens you over the phone. Next, there's a technical interview with a Manager about Cloud technologies and Architecture. Then, a second technical interview with a Senior Manager discussing your career and goals. Finally, a HR round.
- Could you walk me through your resume?
- What is your earliest availability to join?
Technical Consultant
I applied online and got an alert on LinkedIn. The process kicked off with a profile review by the recruiting team. Then, I had a Manager Round where we talked technical stuff relevant to the job. After that, a Technical Interview checked my frontend and backend skills. I passed that, and within two days, they set up a client interview, which was all about practical technical knowledge. Finally, after nailing the tech parts, there was a wrap-up discussion with HR and the hiring manager. It was a pretty solid process, and each step made the role clearer. The tech interviews were thorough, covering both sides of development.
- Can you elaborate on advanced JavaScript concepts for both frontend and backend development?
- What are the core concepts of React.js that you understand?
- How do you approach performance optimization in your work?
Lead Consultant
It was a 4 round process. First, there was a technical round that was internal and focused on Angular and Java. Then, a client round for Ericsson which depended on the job description and our current responsibilities. After that, a manager round where they asked about the projects I worked on and my domain knowledge. Lastly, an HR round for package discussion and negotiation.
- Can you explain the Angular flow?
- Tell me about problems you've encountered in Java.
