Senior Associate
It was an on-campus opportunity, starting with an online assessment across three cluster types: Java, Python, and C#. Then, there were three rounds: a technical interview, a managerial interview, and an HR interview. The difficulty was normal, covering OS, CN, and DSA.

Associate Technical Lead
This company's interview process was incredibly frustrating, I went through it twice and cleared everything both times. The first time, after all the interviews, the recruiter said I had a negative remark in a technical discussion and couldn't offer the initial role, but they could offer an SSE position. I asked if the pay would meet my expectations for SSE, and they said no. The recruiter then suggested another technical discussion; if I passed, they'd reconsider. I agreed, had that interview which was even better than the previous ones, and they still rejected me. Recently, I reapplied and went through the whole process again. The recruiter asked about my notice period (60 days, negotiable) and buyout options, which I confirmed were available. I then had two technical interviews and one managerial interview. In the managerial round, my notice period was discussed again, and I explained the situation. The recruiter then called, saying I'd cleared all discussions and to share my documents for the HR round. After 4-5 days of no update, I followed up. The recruiter then called back saying my 60-day notice period was too long and they needed someone who could join sooner. I offered to adjust my notice period to 30 days, with a clause to revoke the offer if I failed to join. I haven't heard back since.

The interview process started with a group discussion, followed by an HR interview. The final interview was conducted at the Google office in Mindspace, Hyderabad. The role involved language translation. The work environment at Google is great. The last round was a live, video-recorded interview. I was told the job was in shifts, but the HR mentioned it was a day shift. When the operations manager asked about working in shifts, I clarified I was only comfortable with day shifts, which led to my rejection.
