I went through the campus placement at Aditya Degree college. They emphasized multiple times that this was a non-IT role. They warned us to quit if we weren't interested to avoid wasting time. The process involved a CBT first, then a one-on-one face-to-face interview, followed by an interview with three people. After that, there was a short puzzle to solve on paper. I managed to solve it partially, but they provided the exact solution. An hour later, I was selected.
- Tell me about yourself
- There were several follow-up questions based on my responses
- Solve this puzzle on paper

The process involved an initial 'tell me about yourself' question, which also touched on your resume. Following that, there was a group discussion where a topic was provided for the candidates to discuss amongst themselves. The final stage was an HR interview that included both technical and HR-related questions. The overall process was straightforward, though the TA was quite intimidating and raised their voice at candidates.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Can you elaborate on your resume?

I applied online via Linkedin and a recruiter from Digital LLC reached out. They explained the role was with Global Logic and involved 2 interviews. The first was a brief 20-minute chat where the Global Logic person would go over the job details, asking if I was okay with tasks like writing, editing, proofreading, and adapting to frequent project changes. I shared my past experience and they inquired about my personality and career aspirations. The second interview happened two days later and was a quick 15-minute technical test. A different employee from the first interview asked me to share my screen on Google Meet. They sent me a Google Sheet file via email for the test and requested that writing correction tools like Grammarly be disabled. I had to send a screenshot of my screen as a reply to the email, confirming verification. Then, I followed the instructions in the document to edit the sample paragraph, finding and correcting errors with red text. Finally, I had to write a short summary of the provided content in my own words.
- How does this role align with your future career plans?
- Are you prepared to handle potentially disturbing content, like profanity or nudity, as required by clients?
- Can you elaborate on your experience with writing, editing, and proofreading tasks?
