Customer Success Manager
I applied on Glassdoor and heard from a recruiter (Katie) pretty soon after. Katie was amazing and mindful of my time with great communication. After speaking with Katie, I talked to many team members who genuinely cared about the company and asked relevant questions about the role and behavioral questions. Everyone was open, welcoming, intelligent, humble, and willing to answer my questions. It was a seamless process with a recruiter call, hiring manager interview, panel interview with team members, a final interview with HR and an executive team member, and reference checks. It moved quickly despite the multiple rounds.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was incredibly long, with about 10 interviews in total. It felt never-ending, and I kept asking how many rounds were left, but nobody seemed to know or want to make a decision. Most of the 'interviews' were basically the same, asking about why I wanted to join and my experience, but I had to repeat myself to different people. Only one time did they actually test me with a case study or something similar. After all that time, they told me they wanted someone with more experience, which was strange because they knew my experience level from the start. They really need to improve how they treat candidates; we don't have endless hours to waste on disorganized or indecisive recruitment processes.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
- What qualities and experiences make you a strong applicant for this position?
- Can you describe your relevant professional background?
Customer Success Manager
I applied for this role online and a recruiter reached out to set up a phone call. The call was super short, like under 5 minutes, and the recruiter mainly said she'd pass my profile to the hiring manager in the UK and would get back to me by the end of the week. But, I never heard back from her or anyone at Globality. It's kind of a waste of time to schedule calls when an email would suffice, especially since candidates have to take time off work for these. It's a shame recruiters and companies aren't more considerate of people's time. If this is how they treat outside candidates, I can only imagine what it's like to work there. Luckily, I'm close to getting an offer from a big tech company where I'll be finding other tech companies for strategic reasons, and Globality won't be on my radar. I'd tell other candidates to be careful with companies that ghost people, it's really disrespectful and unprofessional.
- Can you please state your availability?
