The process was pretty straightforward, and the interview difficulty was medium for everything. They asked about typical tasks that the resource would encounter on a daily basis. It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager call, followed by two virtual meetings with stakeholders. After that, there was an in-person series of 4 interviews, and then the final offer.

I went through a super long interview process, it took over a month and I met with 9 different people. It started with an HR screening, then a Hiring Manager interview, followed by two behavioral interviews with different people. After that, I had an in-person interview with three people, and a final interview with the CCO. I didn't even get an offer in the end. They told me it was down to me and one other person. For such an entry-level position and salary, it was a ridiculously long process to not get hired. On the bright side, everyone was really nice, it seemed like a healthy work environment, and the office was nice too.

The whole experience was super welcoming and positive! I applied online and got a call from Katie, the recruiter. We did a typical phone screen where she answered all my questions about the company and the role really well. She was prepared and I understood the job and team even from that first chat. She also really supported me. The technical screen with the hiring manager was the best I've ever had, with tons of collaboration. During the interviews, you could tell they really live their mission and values. I got to ask lots of questions, and everyone was honest and open. Each part of the process made me more excited to join and sure it was a good fit.

I applied on Glassdoor and heard from a recruiter (Katie) pretty soon after. Katie was amazing and mindful of my time with great communication. After speaking with Katie, I talked to many team members who genuinely cared about the company and asked relevant questions about the role and behavioral questions. Everyone was open, welcoming, intelligent, humble, and willing to answer my questions. It was a seamless process with a recruiter call, hiring manager interview, panel interview with team members, a final interview with HR and an executive team member, and reference checks. It moved quickly despite the multiple rounds.
