First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GlobalFoundries.
Supply Chain Analyst
The interview process involved two rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager, and the second round was with management. It's a standard interview process designed to understand your past experience and how you might fit into this role. The second round interview is mainly to see if you are a cultural fit.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
Supply Chain Intern
I had 2 rounds of video calls. First, I talked to a recruiter. Then, a couple of weeks later, I had another call with two people from the company, one from HR and one from the team I would be joining.
- Tell me about a time you had to convince someone to do something. Were you successful?
Supply Chain Analyst
Had a few basic behavioral questions, went through 3 rounds in total. I met with the leadership board. Then I was sent to upper management where they asked about my resume, but I never heard back after that. It felt like a complete waste of time.
- Can you tell us about your previous experience?
