Account Executive
I had a chat with the hiring manager, but then other Directors interviewed me too. I wasn't ready for 4 interviews in a row and a role play.
- Can you tell me about your background and the companies you've worked for?
- Let's do a role-play where you act as an Account Manager.
HR Manager
The coordination was good and I had a great candidate experience. There were multiple layers of interviews and I got a good overview of the organization. The explanation of real scenarios and expectation setting was great. The role description and job responsibilities were carefully detailed.
- Can you describe your hands-on experience?
Business Consultant
The interview process was very transparent and practical.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Software Engineer
Got a call letter by mail from the HR. Totally 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview followed by a meeting with the top officials. The technical interviews didn't go too deep into technical stuff, more like general questions, but they can easily tell if you have the skills listed on your resume. The HR interview was mostly about negotiation and notice period. Positives: HR was very supportive during the interview process. The interviewers were friendly. There is no variable pay. Negatives: No option for telephonic or weekend interviews. Had to take 2 days off to attend the interview. They are only providing minimum PF (Rs.780 per month).
- Were there any difficult questions asked?
