First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global.
Senior Manager
I was contacted via email by Talent Acquisition after applying. We set up an initial screening for the next week which was confirmed by email and seemed very positive. The timeslot came and went, and there was no contact, no apology, and nothing. I have since followed up by phone but still no reply. It seems like the company doesn't value my time.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
CRM Manager
I applied and heard back pretty quickly. First, I talked to the head of CRM. She was nice and we did the typical HR questions, then some CRM-specific ones. I never heard back after that, which felt unprofessional. I know people are busy, but a quick yes/no would have been appreciated.
- Can you describe a situation using the STAR method?
- In a hypothetical scenario, how would you approach and manage a specific situation?
Management
The management experience was good overall. The HR policies could be better than expected. The infrastructure was fine. The role is currently work-from-home, but work-from-office will be applied soon in the very near future in 2023.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
