First, you need to do a case study, writing an op-ed for a client with a 24-hour deadline. Then, there's a screening call with the hiring manager, who was nice but kinda unprofessional. I didn't make it to the next stage, but I think the next interviews are with managers.

The interview process was great and the interviewers were very friendly, coming from different roles at the company. The questions let me show off what I know. They communicated really well throughout and got back to me fast. The employers told me about the company and answered all my questions. They were also super flexible.

I went through two interviews, one with HR and then one with the department. The department interview was more scenario-based. Both interviewers were really nice and helpful. I didn't get the job, but they let me know pretty quickly, just two days after the interview.
