First, you need to do a case study, writing an op-ed for a client with a 24-hour deadline. Then, there's a screening call with the hiring manager, who was nice but kinda unprofessional. I didn't make it to the next stage, but I think the next interviews are with managers.

The interview process was great and the interviewers were very friendly, coming from different roles at the company. The questions let me show off what I know. They communicated really well throughout and got back to me fast. The employers told me about the company and answered all my questions. They were also super flexible.

I had to do a really long (4 hours) assessment that required me to follow their in-office rules before even getting to an interview. It's weird because I didn't know what they expected for this assessment without knowing more about how the company operates, especially for an entry-level job. Plus, I didn't like that I heard nothing back. It's been 2 months since I finished the assessment and haven't heard anything, even after I tried to contact them. This whole thing was confusing and a waste of my time.

Case Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved an initial phone call, followed by a very long case study (over 10 hours). After that, there was a 'super day' with four interviews, and then another 'experimental' case study interview. Despite positive feedback after the final interview, the HR team was unresponsive for over a month, and seemed resistant to any salary negotiation. Eventually, a poorly written email response arrived from HR about a month later. Overall, I wouldn't suggest applying here.
