Customer Service Representative
When I got to the office, the vibe was great with music and a healthy atmosphere. The interview focused on my honesty and who I am as a person. The manager was really nice and the team was super energetic. Honestly, it was the best interview I've ever had, and it's a fantastic opportunity with great pay!

Customer Service Representative
I got an email to schedule an interview after sending my resume for a Zip Recruiter ad. After a phone call, my interview was set up. During the interview, I learned the job involves event planning for different companies. It was odd they wouldn't name the companies. The office was really quiet, which felt weird. I didn't feel I could ask too many questions because they said more info, like salary and benefits, would come in a second round, if I got invited. I didn't think the interview went well, so I was shocked to get a call the same day for a 2nd and 3rd round that would take all day. That's when I got suspicious and looked up company reviews. I saw a lot of recent, positive reviews that seemed fake, all posted daily with similar text. Then I found older reviews and interview feedback that explained what's really happening and what the job is actually about. The company is vague about their work, but the reality is you're asked to go out and sell products on the street. I found all this out from previous reviews. Because their description of the company and role was so misleading, I canceled my second round interview.

Customer Service Representative
So I went into this interview, kinda read some reviews and almost didn't go but figured why not. Got there 15 mins early, they gave me this paper with riddles to fill out, then I waited like an hour to go in. The actual interview was super short, like 10 mins, and the interviewer seemed totally over it. I tried asking about the company and stuff but they were really vague, like when I asked about the day-to-day they just said it varies. I also asked if it was commission-based and they wouldn't even talk about pay, which made me think it might be salesy, but they were so unclear about everything. That's when I decided I definitely didn't want the job or to do another interview.
