Customer Support
This was a huge waste of time. They made me do a bunch of online and paper tests, but then it seemed like they didn't even look at them. This place is awful. I even complained to the BBB because their job ads were misleading. The owner called and talked about how long they've been around, but just because a company is old doesn't mean they're good, they're clearly using outdated methods and dishonest tactics. I wouldn't want to work there; they see people as just numbers. I'm considering reporting them to the Department of Labor.
- Can you describe the role you're interested in?
- Walk me through your previous jobs and experience.
Customer Service Representative
I got there early because I figured the hiring center would be packed. It ended up taking about 3 hours. First, I had to fill out the main application, which had a spelling, grammar, and writing test included. After that, I did a typing test and filled out the background check forms. Lastly, I spoke with a few different account managers for interviews since they wanted to make sure the job would fit my schedule.
- Tell me about a difficult customer you had and how you handled it.
- In your own words, what is customer service?
- What is the maximum number of times an employee can be late in a year?
Tech Support
After submitting your application via the employment center, you'll have an interview where they'll ask about your previous work history. It seemed like just an initial screening. Then, I got an email to do an online virtual interview with practice questions beforehand. There were about 5 questions in total. While I had some tech support knowledge, I couldn't answer everything. For the questions I didn't know, I just talked about what I did know that related to the question, because I had no clue.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Human Resources Clerk
First, you'll need to fill out some paperwork with your basic info and answer a few questions about yourself, plus write out some scenario responses. Then, there's a typing test, which can be tricky to focus on with all the distractions in the room – people walking around and being loud, which makes it hard for candidates to fill out forms and do the tests. After that, you'll be called in for a one-on-one interview.
- Tell me, how did you find out about our company?
