First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Partners.
Intern
The interview process and questions were pretty standard and not too hard. However, the HR representative, who seemed to be a new hire and unfamiliar with the company, left a poor impression and even mixed up my interview schedule.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Intern
The interview was in person at their headquarters. I had four 30-minute conversations with people from different areas of one department, who asked mostly behavioral questions. They each explained what they did and information about the company, and asked what my experience level was like with different aspects of the position. Was given offer later that day.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- What's your experience level with various aspects of this role?
Intern
The first step was a chill phone call where we just got to know each other. Then, there was a video chat that felt pretty conversational, focusing on my interest in the job. This whole thing took about two weeks.
- What makes you interested in global partners?
- What about this specific role appeals to you?
