I put in my application online and heard back from a recruiter. After chatting with them, I went to their office for another interview to see if I'd be a good fit for GK. Following that, the recruiter scheduled my interview with the company. I showed up a few days later, right on time. I was interviewed by 5 managers/directors, split into groups of 2 for about 30 minutes each. The whole interview thing takes a while, but the company was really professional throughout.

The interview process involves about 4-5 phone interviews, a personality test, and in-person interviews. It starts with an in-house recruiter, then you talk with Managers/Directors (2+). After that, there's a personality test, followed by an in-person interview with Managers/Directors, the VP of Sales, and possibly 1-2 others from different departments. You'll need to do role-plays during the in-person interviews to assess your performance. Overall, it's a positive experience regardless of the outcome. However, be aware of potential issues like inappropriate questions and racial remarks. While they aim to find people who fit their specific sales model, they might cross boundaries. It's important to understand their success comes from hiring specific types of people, but interviewees should be mindful of this and perhaps focus on a more formulaic sales approach.

We had 2 phone calls, then 4 in-person meetings. I went to the office 3 times over a pretty long stretch of time. The senior management team seemed unsure about what they were looking for in this role.
