First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Help Desk Services.
Help Desk Technician
I went to the office for an interview. First, there was a typing test, then three interviews. The first interview was with the Team Manager and IT Manager. After that, HR interviewed me, and finally, the President interviewed me.
- How do you keep your tasks organized
Help Desk Analyst
The hiring process was super easy and smooth. After applying, there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview where they asked technical questions and about how you'd handle different situations. If you passed those, they were pretty quick to let you know if you got the job.
- What would you do if a user reported a problem you hadn't encountered previously and couldn't find a solution for in the knowledge base?
IT Support
The interview process was nice. The HR was really sweet and I felt safe during the interview. The questions were not that hard, and I was able to answer them all, so I would recommend working there.
