First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Global Help Desk Services.
Senior Consultant
It was straightforward. I had a screening, then a face-to-face interview. They told me what the role involved and what they expected. The second round was a panel interview. After that, I had a final interview with the hiring manager. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and your sales skills?
Advisor
The interview was pretty quick, under 30 mins, with the interviewer asking really basic questions. It was fast and to the point, not really digging into anything super technical or deep, more just a general check.
- What are your top 5 strengths?
Systems Administrator
It was a quick and smooth process. The hiring manager was very friendly, and the onboarding went easily and fast. I met with the owners at the same time and got to see the company in person.
- Would you be open to working an overnight shift?
Help Desk Analyst
The hiring process was super easy and smooth. After applying, there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview where they asked technical questions and about how you'd handle different situations. If you passed those, they were pretty quick to let you know if you got the job.
- What would you do if a user reported a problem you hadn't encountered previously and couldn't find a solution for in the knowledge base?
