Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The process started with a tour of the office led by the HR recruiter. After that, there was an interview with a Sales Manager to discuss work ethic, future aspirations within the company, goals, and motivations. This was followed by a panel interview with a diverse group of employees (sales, CS, Live Chat) to assess cultural fit. After the panel, candidates were given a computer test to complete at home. Round 2 involved an interview with the Chief Sales Officer/Operations Officer, focusing on sales capabilities. The final round was an interview with the CEO, who asked about self-improvement and motivation.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a sales panel. This part was mainly about explaining my experience and seeing if I'd fit in with the team. Then, I interviewed with the CFO, who was focused on revenue generation and my ability to achieve that. It was a professional yet friendly and honest interaction.

Behavioral Case

First they did a phone interview. Then there was another phone interview with one of the sales managers. If you passed that, you went to a panel interview with 3 of the sales managers. They used the STAR format. I'm not sure what happens next because I didn't make it past the third round.
